Hi, I’m Carol, and I started Lavender Laundry Services because I lived your frustration. For 15 years, I dealt with broken machines, dirty facilities, and wasted weekends in apartment laundry rooms.
After moving to a house, I realized how much time and stress I’d been losing. That’s when I decided to help my apartment-dwelling neighbors reclaim their weekends and peace of mind.

How does pick up and delivery work?
Simply schedule a pickup time through our booking form or by calling Mrs. Carol. Leave your laundry bag outside your door (or we can knock), and we’ll pick it up during your selected time window. Your clean, folded laundry will be returned within 24-48 hours, depending on your preference. We send text notifications before pickup and delivery.
What if i have special care instruction?
We love accommodating special requests! When you schedule your pickup, you can include detailed notes about fabric preferences, folding styles, temperature settings, or items that need extra care. Mrs. Carol personally reviews all special instructions and ensures they’re followed exactly.
Do you serve senior living facilities?
Absolutely! We specialize in serving senior residents and offer extra accommodations like door-to-door pickup (no need to leave bags outside), flexible scheduling around activities, and a 10% senior discount. Many of our senior customers consider Mrs. Carol part of their extended family.
Can you handle delicate or expensive items?
Yes! We have extensive experience with delicate fabrics, designer clothing, and special care items. Just note these items when scheduling, and we’ll use gentle cycles, appropriate temperatures, and hand-folding. Many customers trust us with their wedding dresses, silk blouses, and cashmere sweaters.
